The Executive Board governs the affairs of the Virginia High School Democrats between general membership meetings. The Board meets biweekly to stay up-to-date on what's happening and to conduct regular business. The VAHSD Executive Board is made up of the elected Chair and Vice-Chair along with the Programs Director, Communications Director, Political Director, and Membership Director appointed by the Chair. The Regional Cabinet members, immediate past chair, and members of the HSDA National Committee and VAYD Executive Committee serve as ex-officio members on the VAHSD Executive Board.
